Just before Christmas was such a busy time, I completely forgot to blog about a pop-up shop open evening I went to. Run by a selection of lovely local makers/designers, the group had taken over and transformed an empty shop for one week to sell their handmade, hand-sewn, vintage or printed products, art and jewellery. I’ve been invited to join this group in 2013 and to be involved with any upcoming similar events, fairs and meetings. I’ve been looking for a local design and craft group to find new opportunities with and support for a while so it’s quite great how I came across this, which seems perfect!
